the hotel was a few steps away from cigs zoo and near saint sebastian church. deliciuos food options. eduardo gomes airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. we enjoyed our time here.

Staff in the hotel was excellent! It is near to a boat dock which is a major plus. The property was located in the middle of the city.

The location and the buildings being part of the forest and making mimimum impact on nature.
Uncomfortable bed, lack of suitable sound insulation between rooms, especially between rooms on different floors. Lot of maintenance required. More than half of accommodation was closed at time of our visit. Regard as expensive even though full board and with tours included.

The price is still high, even though the facilities clearly haven´t received maintenance for the last years. The hotel is almost in ruins. They didn´t make the room. They offer TV in the price, but don´t have.
